  • Overview

    Scope of Responsibilities: Serve as a business leader responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT systems and infrastructure for ProAct/Noble. Oversee technical projects in alignment with improving and or achieving organizational/leadership goals. Serve as a primary point of contact between IT and those in operations and other areas. Devise and establish systems to support the implementation of strategies set by leadership and to analyze business requirements to determine technology needs. Lead and direct the staff of the Database, Reporting, Web, BI and technical departments. Perform planning, budgeting, analysis, development and design of new technology needs.



    Job Duties:

    • Responsible for the daily activities and management of ProAct/Noble personnel in the Data Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Web and technical departments. Conducts performance appraisals of team members and makes staffing recommendations. Communicates company and departmental roadmap and project progress to leadership and subordinates.
    • Responsible for the day to day management of ProAct/Noble IT staff and key vendors that support critical systems and processes for all clients and partners which includes multi system availability and uptime, file transfer, database and reporting systems, eligibility processing, claims reporting, call centers, manifest systems and partner/system integrations.
    • Responsible for technical roadmaps, IT strategy and policy, future proofing systems, procurement, creating standards for software development and system enhancement as well as developing, maintaining and implementing a sound internal and external services framework and integrated IT architecture
    • Responsible for the coordination and management of technical projects as needed to support departmental and company objectives.
    • Analyze and recommend solutions involving legacy systems for business units that include items that may increase end user productivity and reduce cost
    • Interface with diverse user community, multiple divisions, technical staff and external vendors.
    • Responsible for capital and expense budget plans.
    • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
    • Perform other duties as assigned




    Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology


    Experience: Ten years leadership experience in Information Technology
