Scope of Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to ensure prior authorization or other utilization management cases are reviewed and analyzed in a timely manner. Interact with health care professionals, clients, and/or members to provide details on clinical or utilization management programs. Engagement with other departments within in ProAct to develop or educate on clinical programs or initiatives.
Job Summary: Perform prior authorization and appeal reviews. Relies on clinical experience and established guidelines to make decisions regarding coverage of medications. Maintains adherence to policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to members, clients, other healthcare professionals, and business partners.
Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for the growth, retention, client satisfaction as well as strategic planning of existing ProAct accounts. Responsible for the coaching and development of the ProAct account management team. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and consultants to maintain and grow ProAct’s book of business.
Travel: Travel required, some overnight travel required.
Job Summary: Interact directly with Account Management team as well as existing PBM clients to provide oversight to the overall client interaction. The Director of Account Management will develop, implement and monitor the execution of long-term account management strategies. Frequent interaction with clients to ensure that needs are met.
